L'opération consiste à aménager une zone de sports et de loisirs. Lieu d'exécution : Saint-Laurent-du-Var Le présent contrat présente la structure suivante : Lot à prix unitaires. Estimation de l'administration HT : 919 492,25 Euros TRANCHE FERME : Travaux d'espaces verts, d'équipements sportifs et d'aires de jeux Le délai d'exécution est fixé à : 33 mois. Début du contrat : À la notification du contrat. Le marché comporte une période de préparation : Durée de la période de préparation : 1 mois Début de la période de préparation : Notification du contrat. La période de préparation n'est pas incluse dans le délai d'exécution. TRANCHE OPTIONNELLE 1 : Fourniture et pose de mobiliers fitness intergénérationnels Le délai d'exécution est fixé à : 7 mois. La tranche sera affermie par un courrier signé par l'acheteur.
