Description

L'accord-cadre, multi attributaires, sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Le présent marché concerne l'intervention des entreprises pour la réalisation de rénovation, dépannages, maintenances, petits travaux d'entretien, mises en conformité, etc... sur l'ensemble du patrimoine de la CAVYVS. La description des ouvrages et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.). Toutes les conditions décrites ci-après seront réputées acceptées et remplies par les titulaires. Ces prestations doivent être conformes aux normes françaises homologuées ou équivalentes.
