Le contrat porte sur les prestations suivantes : TRAVAUX SUR RESEAUX D'ASSAINISSEMENT (2027 - 2030) Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet les travaux sur les réseaux de collecte d'assainissement, pour la période de 2027 à 2030, pour Cholet Agglomération. Le détail des travaux est indiqué dans les pièces techniques du dossier de consultation. La consultation est décomposée en trois lots : - Lot n°1 - travaux d'assainissement pour l'Ouest de Cholet Agglomération - Lot n°2 - travaux d'assainissement pour le Centre de Cholet Agglomération - Lot n°3 - travaux d'assainissement pour l'Est de Cholet Agglomération Les candidatures peuvent concerner un ou plusieurs lots. Les candidats doivent présenter une offre distincte pour chaque lot auquel ils répondent. IMPORTANT : une entreprise, qu’elle soit mandataire d’un groupement, co-traitante d’un groupement, entreprise individuelle ou sous-traitante, ne pourra se voir attribuer qu’un seul lot, dans l’ordre de préférence suivant : - Lot n°1 - travaux d'assainissement pour l'Ouest de Cholet Agglomération - Lot n°2 - travaux d'assainissement pour le Centre de Cholet Agglomération - Lot n°3 - travaux d'assainissement pour l'Est de Cholet Agglomération L’accord-cadre à bons de commande pour le lot n°1 prendra effet dès que le montant maximum du marché en cours sera atteint (ou ne permettra plus d’engager des travaux) ou au plus tard le 17/11/2027. Il se poursuivra jusqu'au 31/12/2030. L'accord-cadre à bons de commande pour le lot n°2 prendra effet dès que le montant maximum du marché en cours sera atteint (ou ne permettra plus d’engager des travaux) ou au plus tard le 17/11/2027. Lot 1 : Bégrolles-en-Mauges, Cholet, La Romagne, La Séguinière, Le May-sur-Evre, Le Puy-Saint-Bonnet, Saint-Christophe-du-Bois, Saint-Léger-sous-Cholet et Trémentines.; Lot 2 : Chanteloup-les-Bois, Coron, La Plaine, La Tessoualle, Les Cerqueux, Maulévrier, Mazières-en-Mauges, Nuaillé, Somloire, Toutlemonde, Vezins et Yzernay.; Lot 3 : Cernusson, Cléré-sur-Layon, Lys-Haut-Layon (La-Fosse-de-Tigné, Le Voide, Les Cerqueux-sous-Passavant, Nueil-sur-Layon, Saint-Hilaire-du-Bois, Tancoigné, Tigné, Trémont, Vihiers), Montilliers, Passavant-sur-Layon et Saint-Paul-du-Bois.
