Description

Le marché concerne l'exécution de travaux de petite et moyenne importance de réhabilitation d'ouvrages visitables du réseau d'assainissement du SIAAP. Les prestations à réaliser concernent la réhabilitation du réseau d'assainissement du SIAAP qui est constitué environ de 200 km d'ouvrages principaux (collecteurs et émissaires), de 1450 km d'ouvrages secondaires et de 700 km d'ouvrages annexes (regards, bouches d'égout, branchements particuliers). Les travaux visent la remise à niveau structurelle et fonctionnelle des ouvrages du réseau avec pour objectifs majeurs : - Le renforcement durable des ouvrages présentant des insuffisances afin de redonner à terme, à l'ensemble du réseau, un état de sécurité et de fiabilité correct ; - L'étanchement de la structure et l'amélioration des caractéristiques hydrauliques des ouvrages afin de protéger L'environnement contre les risques de pollution et de déstabilisation ; - L'amélioration de l'exploitation des ouvrages ; - Remettre en conformité et en état les équipements de sécurité ; Le lot n°1 concerne les installations et ouvrages implantés dans le secteur de l'Est parisien et de la Seine; de la Marne. Ces réseaux sont gérés par : - la DSAR du SIAAP (RESE et SGPI), - la DT du SIAAP,- la DEA-93, - la DAQUAMA-94. Le contrat prendra la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes reconductible trois fois, dans la limite de 4 ans; Le lot n°2 concerne les installations et ouvrages implantés dans les secteurs de l'Ouest parisien, de Seine et Morée. Ces réseaux sont gérés par : - la DSAR du SIAAP (RESO et SGPI), - la DT du SIAAP,- la DEA-93. Le contrat prendra la forme d'un accord-cadre à bons de commandes reconductible trois fois, dans la limite de 4 ans
