Cette acquisition sera destinée à la mise à disposition du délégataire pour l'exploitation du réseau. Compte tenu de la nature des travaux, et afin de prendre connaissance de l'environnement dans lequel ils devront se réaliser, une visite des lieux est prévue : elle est vivement recommandée mais non obligatoire
