Description

La procédure de passation utilisée est : l'appel d'offres ouvert. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord-cadre avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Cette consultation s'effectue dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - Commune de TOULOUSE Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est : TOULOUSE METROPOLE . Il aura en charge la passation, la signature et la notification de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre devra suivre l'exécution de l'accord-cadre. Lieu(x) d'exécution : Ville de Toulouse et Toulouse Métropole. Montants maximums pour la période initiale : Toulouse Métropole : 100 000 euro(s) HT / Ville de Toulouse : 150 000 euro(s) HT Ces montants sont identiques pour chacune des périodes de reconduction. Les prestations seront rémunérées par application aux quantités réellement exécutées des prix unitaires fixés dans le bordereau des prix, le(s) catalogue(s) du fournisseur et le bordereau de remise
