L'accord-cadre est conclu sans minimum et avec un montant maximum estimé à 2 000 000 euro(s) HT (investissement + exploitation) pour sa durée totale (4 ans fermes à compter de sa date de notification, non reconductibles). La nature des prestations, le détail, les caractéristiques techniques et quantitatives ainsi que les conditions de leur exécution sont définies au cahier des clauses techniques particulières. Le pouvoir adjudicateur exige du titulaire la production d'un planning précis de mise en oeuvre, tenant compte des contraintes du CH Simone Veil de Blois notamment pour : La mise en oeuvre des rocades optiques pour le 31/12/2026.
