Description

La consultation a pour objet de déléguer la gestion et l’exploitation des services de mobilité et de transport de voyageurs sur le ressort territorial de la Communauté d’Agglomération d’Épinal (Réseau Imagine). La Communauté d’Agglomération d’Épinal, Autorité Organisatrice de la Mobilité, est Autorité Délégante. Plus précisément, les missions déléguées sont les suivantes : • Offre de base : Exploitation et gestion de services de transports publics de personnes et à la demande à l’échelle du territoire communautaire selon les principes définis à l’article 5.1 du document programme. Les candidats devront obligatoirement répondre à l’offre de base. Le Délégataire assurera la gestion et l’exploitation de ces services pour une durée ferme de trois (3) ans avec une possible reconduction de deux (2) fois un (1) an, soit une durée maximale de cinq (5) ans du 01/09/2027 et jusqu’au 31/08/2032 maximum dans le cadre d’une délégation de service public (DSP) au sein du périmètre contractuel. Lieu d’exécution : Territoire de la Communauté d’Agglomération d’Épinal (département des Vosges).
