Description

Le bureau courrier de la Ville d'Aix en Provence a la mission de réceptionner le courrier afin de le trier et le diriger dans les services dans la journée. Le service a également pour mission de centraliser l'ensemble des courriers afin de les expédier en optimisant le mode d'envoi. Le présent accord-cadre à bons de commande porte, entre autres, sur l'affranchissement, la remise et la collecte du courrier, la réexpédition, la distribution de colis à destination de la France et de l'international ainsi que la réalisation de prestations complémentaires pour tous les sites. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande à prix unitaires. Le contrat est conclu pour une durée initiale de 1an compter du 01/01/2027 ou de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure. Le contrat est renouvelable 3 fois 1 an par tacite reconduction, soit une durée totale de 4 ans. Un montant maximum annuel est alloué au contrat selon les stipulations de l'acte d'engagement. Une ouverture au catalogue du fournisseur est prévue au contrat. Les prix sont révisables semestriellement. La consultation comporte des conditions d'exécution à caractère environnemental et social. Le financement s'effectuera sur le budget de la Ville, selon les règles de la comptabilité publique. Aucune forme de groupement n'est imposé. Il est interdit aux candidats de présenter plusieurs offres en agissant à la fois en qualité de candidats individuels et de membres d'un ou plusieurs groupements. Le contrat prévoit le versement d'une avance, sans obligation de constituer une garantie financière pour en bénéficier
