Le présent marché public de services a pour objet l'exploitation, la maintenance, y compris le gros entretien-renouvellement (GER), de l'unité de valorisation énergétique et organique (UVEOR) MAXIVAL du SMTOM située à Villers-la-Montagne, ainsi que le transport et le traitement des refus. Le marché est décomposé en deux lots : Lot n°1 : Exploitation, entretien et maintenance de l'UVEOR MAXIVAL ; Lot n°2 : Transport et traitement des refus. Les prestations sont définies dans les pièces du dossier de consultation, notamment le cahier des clauses techniques particulières. Le présent lot a pour objet l'exploitation, l'entretien et la maintenance de l'unité de valorisation énergétique et organique (UVEOR) MAXIVAL. Les prestations comprennent notamment la conduite des installations, la maintenance préventive et corrective, le gros entretien-renouvellement (GER), l'exploitation des équipements et l'ensemble des prestations définies au CCTP. Une tranche optionnelle porte sur la gestion et la valorisation des composts sous plan d'épandage.; Le présent lot a pour objet le transport et le traitement des refus issus de l'unité de valorisation énergétique et organique (UVEOR) MAXIVAL. Les prestations comprennent notamment la gestion des refus valorisables énergétiquement, des refus lourds, le transport et le traitement des encombrants ainsi que la gestion des ordures ménagères résiduelles durant les arrêts techniques de l'installation, conformément aux pièces du marché
