Description

Le marché concerne l’enlèvement et l’élimination des matériels HTB et HTA contenant du SF6 en fin de vie ou endommagés en France. Enedis fournit au titulaire les informations sur l’organisation du transport et le traitement des appareils. Le SF6, utilisé pour ses propriétés isolantes et d’extinction d’arc dans les équipements électriques haute tension, est un gaz à effet de serre très nocif. Conformément au règlement européen 517/2014 et aux engagements d’Enedis, la récupération du SF6 doit atteindre au moins 90% pour être régénéré, avec une priorité à la revalorisation des matériaux solides. Ces prestations confiées par l’Entreprise dans le cadre de ce marché concernent : L’enlèvement : - manutention (chargement et déchargement) - conditionnement si nécessaire (mise sur palette, avec éventuellement mise en œuvre de dispositions spécifiques pour les disjoncteurs débrochables de poste sources) - transport et prise en charge conformément à la réglementation en vigueur - Le soutirage du gaz en minimisant le taux de fuite à l’atmosphère - Si nécessaire, l’épuration du gaz soutiré ou, en cas d’impossibilité, la destruction ou le renvoi pour destruction ou retraitement chez le fabricant du gaz - Si nécessaire, la neutralisation des produits solides de décomposition (poudres, tamis moléculaires…) contenus dans les appareils vidés de leur gaz - L’élimination des appareils neutralisés par des moyens appropriés privilégiant le recyclage des matériaux et minimisant les mises en décharge
