Les lots définis feront l'objet de conventions distinctes à l'issue de la consultation Plage d'Ilbarritz - 40m² concédés à une activité « école de surf »; Plage du Pavillon Royal - 40m² concédés à une activité « école de surf »; Plage d'Erretegia - 40m² concédés à une activité « école de surf »; Plage de l'Uhabia - 40m² concédés à une activité « école de surf »
