La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un accord-cadre ayant pour objet le Développement et la réalisation d'un environnement digital et social pour Paris Aéroport, Groupe ADP et Extime sur les plateformes sociales chinoises. Les prestations sont décrites dans le cahier des charges. L'accord-cadre sera attribué à un seul titulaire. Le titulaire de l'accord-cadre se verra confier le développement et la réalisation d'un environnement digital et social pour Paris Aéroport, Groupe ADP et Extime sur les plateformes sociales chinoises. Liste des prestations attendues non exhaustive : • Planning stratégique, conception des univers digitaux répondant aux besoins et aux cibles identifiés. • Conception, développement, expertise technique et appui juridique au développement de la présence des marques du Groupe ADP sur le web chinois : représentation juridique, hébergement, suivi et gestion de projet (design, développement et intégration web ; y compris reporting, suivi des KPIs etc.). • Conseil sur la technologie, la mise en relation d'interfaces applicatives informatiques avec les services web dédiés aux passagers chinois, et sur l'organisation de l'équipe pour la gestion des univers digitaux. • Formations, audits, benchmarks et conseils stratégiques destinés à développer la notoriété de Paris Aéroport et Extime auprès de l'audience asiatique. • Design, développement et intégration web. • Animation éditoriale avec suivi de planning, et "community management" sur les réseaux sociaux chinois (hotline) • Activations d'opérations d'influence avec des personnalités présentes sur les médias sociaux chinois. • Organisation d'événements de promotion des marques Paris Aéroport, Groupe ADP et Extime à destination du marché chinois et diffusés sur les réseaux sociaux présents en Chine (livestream, etc.) ; réalisation de vidéos en direct/en différé (montage vidéo) ; prestations de "gifting" dans le cadre de ces opérations. • Recommandation, gestion et animation de nouveaux comptes réseaux sociaux pour les marques du Groupe ADP • Réalisation de supports de communication & production de matériel de communication (stands, habillage d’espaces, signalétique, décorations en cohérence avec les campagnes …) • Prestations de traduction
