ACCORD CADRE RELATIF A L’ASSISTANCE TECHNIQUE POUR L’EXPLOITATION DES ENVIRONNEMENTS « IA » DE L’ASNR Le présent marché constitue un accord-cadre composite comprenant une partie marché ordinaire et une partie accord-cadre à bons de commande. Les prestations relevant de la partie marché ordinaire (forfaitaire) sont : - La phase de prise en charge, - La phase de production, o Prestations d’administrations, o Prestations d’expertises, - La phase de réversibilité. Les prestations relevant de la partie accord-cadre à bons de commande sont : - Phase de production o Prestations liées aux activités complémentaires (Dans le cadre de projets de transformation ou de jouvence majeurs, l’ASNR peut être amenée à mobiliser des renforts ponctuels pour contribuer aux opérations d’intégration (jouvence des clusters de calcul, intégration de codes de calcul très complexes, conteneurisation complexe…) Durée 12 mois reconductible 3 fois 12 mois. Options : S’agissant d’un marché de services, l’ASNR peut recourir ultérieurement à un marché passé sans publicité ni mise en concurrence préalable ayant pour objet des prestations complémentaires exécutées par le Titulaire au sens de l’article R. 2122-7 du CCP. Montant maximum de l'accord-cadre : 2 500 000 € HT - IMPORTANT : le Cahier des charges est soumis à un accord de confidentialité à signer des candidats et à envoyer sur PLACE à l'ASNR. Une fois reçu l'accord de confidentialité signé, l'ASNR transmettra le cahier des charges aux candidats.
