Description

Le marché vise la prise en charge de l’exploitation et de la maintenance opérationnelle de la solution terrain Smart Station saison 1. Le Titulaire du marché devra assurer la supervision, la gestion des incidents et la maintenance des matériels déployés en gare dans le cadre du marché Smart Station Saison 1. L’objectif est de garantir la continuité de service, la sécurité, la performance et l’évolutivité de la solution SmartStation tout au long de la durée du marché. À ce titre, le Titulaire sera responsable des actions suivantes : - Assurer la maintenance y compris le remplacement si besoin de l’ensemble des capteurs et matériels de télétransmission en gare et remonter les anomalies. - Garantir les mises à jour des firmwares, logiciels embarqués et configurations selon les besoins d’exploitation et directives SNCF. - Installer de nouveaux capteurs ou équipements conformément aux architectures et standards techniques. - Collaborer avec les équipes IHM, Noyau Central et fournisseurs tiers pour assurer la cohérence de la chaîne technique et la qualité des données. L’interprétation des résultats du monitoring des équipements terrain (saison 1), ainsi que les critères de configuration et d’alerte associés
