Les prestations correspondent à la réalisation du support des applications métiers du DASE (département du CEA DAM Île-de-France) et se décomposent comme suit : - Lot 1 : Développement d'applications métiers et leurs tierces maintenances applicatives - Lot 2 : Intégration sur site d'applications et leurs tierces maintenances applicatives Accord-cadre multi attributaires, donnant lieu à l'établissement de marchés subséquent, conclus après remise en concurrence de l'ensemble des Titulaire du lot (5 Titulaires maximum). Les Prestations se décomposent comme suit : Prestation 1 : phase d'observation ou d'initialisation Prestation 2 : phase de développement Prestation 3 : vérification en service régulier (VSR) Prestation 4 : garantie du développement Prestation 5 : maintenance corrective Prestation 6 : maintenance évolutive Prestation 7 : réversibilité continue et gestion de la configuration Prestation 8 : phase de réversibilité; Phasage des prestations L’exécution de l'accord-cadre (mono attributaire) est organisée en phases successives, définissant la chronologie et la durée d’intervention du titulaire : Phase 1 : phase d'initialisation Phase 2 : phase opérationnelle Phase 3 (option 1) : prolongation de l'accord-cadre pour une durée de 12 mois à l'issue de la phase 2 Phase 4 (option 2) : prolongation de l'accord-cadre pour une durée de 12 mois à l'issue de la phase 3 Phase 5 (option 3) : phase de réversibilité Décomposition des prestations Prestation 1 : phase d'initialisation Prestation 2 : phase d'exploitation Prestation 3 : phase de prise en charge d'une application Prestation 4 : phases de sortie d'exploitation d'une application Prestation 5 : montée de version système d'une application Prestation 6 : tierce recette applicative Prestation 7 : prestations connexes Prestation 8 : phase de réversibilité
