Description

Le présent marché a pour objet la souscription et la gestion d'un contrat d'assurance de groupe fédéral conclu par l'UNSS, en qualité de souscripteur, pour le compte de ses structures, des associations sportives scolaires affiliées (AS) et de leurs licenciés. Le contrat devra couvrir, au minimum, les familles de garanties suivantes : • Lot 1 : • Responsabilité Civile, y compris la défense pénale et le recours ; • Individuelle Accident, pour l'indemnisation des dommages corporels subis par les assurés ; • Assistance médicale et rapatriement, en France et à l'étranger ; • Protection contre les violences (violences sexuelles, physiques, psychologiques, harcèlement, cyber-harcèlement) ; • Responsabilité des Dirigeants • Dommages aux biens • Lot 2 : Auto-mission • Lot 3 : Bureaux des services déconcentrés de l'UNSS la description du lot est prévu dans le CCTP; auto mission voir CCTP; voir CCTP
