Le Mans Métropole awarded a single-operator framework contract for urban planning and landscape architecture services, covering urban project management for a planned higher education and innovation hub of about 3 hectares in the NOVAXUD business district near the TGV station. The project will be carried out through a ZAC, with preliminary studies decided by community deliberation on 3 October 2024. The framework will be executed through subsequent contracts and purchase orders, paid at fixed prices. The winner is a consortium of SCE ET SES ATELIERS as lead partner with UW-URBANWATER, KATRA and LES ECLAIREURS as co-contractors. The framework value ranges from 60000 euro excluding tax to 1400000 euro excluding tax.
