La présente consultation a pour objet la conclusion de quatre accords-cadres distincts correspondant chacun à un lot et destinés à accompagner la SPL Clermont Auvergne dans la poursuite de la mise en oeuvre opérationnelle de la ZAC Saint-Jean. Les accords-cadres ont vocation à permettre la mobilisation, au fur et à mesure des besoins de l'opération, de prestations relevant : - de la maîtrise d'oeuvre urbaine et de travaux (LOT 1) ; - de l'ordonnancement, du pilotage et de la coordination (LOT 2) ; - de l'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage en matière d'environnement, de développement durable et de réemploi (LOT 3) ; - de la communication et de la conception graphique (LOT 4). La durée de la période initiale de chaque accord-cadre est de 2 ans. Cette durée est reconductible 3 fois. La durée toutes périodes confondues est donc de 8 ans Architecte urbaniste paysagiste en chef de la ZAC - maîtrise d'oeuvre d'espaces publics - maîtrise d'oeuvre de démolitions - études foncières et topographiques; OPC Chantier - OPC Interchantiers - OPC Urbain; Accompagnement environnemental des opérations immobilières et des travaux d'espaces publics - Pilotage environnemental de la ZAC; Stratégie de communication - Identité graphique - Production de supports - Communication de chantier
