France - Exhibition organization services - Rental and fitting of stands for the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur Region

The Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur Region seeks contractors to rent and fit out exhibition stands for various trade fairs and shows held locally, nationally, across Europe, and internationally. The contract is a framework agreement divided into two separate lots. Lot 1 covers modular stands, with an annual estimated value ranging from 10,000 to 300,000 euros HT. Lot 2 covers traditional stands, with an annual value between 20,000 and 800,000 euros HT. The agreement will be executed via subsequent contracts and purchase orders. Any qualified economic operator can bid. The procedure is a standard framework agreement.
