Description

Le présent marché a pour objet de confier à un prestataire unique une mission globale de production de l’édition 2027 du Grand Dîner du Louvre, qui se tiendra le mardi 2 mars 2027 avec environ 450 invités. Cette mission inclut la conception, la production et la coordination générale de l’événement dont : - la direction artistique de l’événement, - la conception scénographique et l’aménagement des différents espaces (arrivée des invités, parcours dans les collections, dîner dans la cour Marly), - la production et la mise en œuvre opérationnelle des différentes prestations de production, décor, lumières, sonorisation, logistique, restauration, arts de la table, accueil et sécurité, - la coordination générale de l’évènement, en relation avec l’EPML. L’événement est organisé à des fins de mécénat et de rayonnement de l’institution, et devra refléter le plus haut niveau d’exigence en matière d’image, d’accueil, de respect du patrimoine et d’éco-responsabilité. Le budget alloué à l’évènement est de 1 100 000 € HT. Le détail des objectifs de la consultation et des prestations attendues est décrit dans le CCTP.
