Description

Le présent marché a pour objet l'organisation, la coordination, la gestion administrative et l'animation des visites pédagogiques organisées sur les installations de traitement et de valorisation des déchets du Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine. Les prestations comprennent notamment : • la réception et le traitement des demandes de visite ; • la gestion des réservations ; • la planification et la coordination des visites ; • la coordination avec les exploitants des installations, le titulaire du marché de transport et les autres intervenants concernés ; • la supervision de l'équipe de guides ; • le recrutement, la formation et le suivi des guides ; • la préparation et l'actualisation des contenus d'animation en lien avec le pouvoir adjudicateur ; • l'accueil des visiteurs ; • l'animation des visites pédagogiques ; • l'accompagnement des groupes ; • le suivi administratif du dispositif ; • la production des bilans, statistiques et tableaux de suivi d'activité. Le marché s'inscrit dans le cadre des actions de sensibilisation, d'information et de communication conduites par le Syndicat Intercommunal Valoseine en matière de prévention, de tri, de valorisation et d'économie circulaire.
