Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Chambéry, capitale historique de la Savoie et ville-centre de l'agglomération Grand Chambéry, organise un marché de Noël chaque année. Il s'agit d'une animation centrale du programme des festivités de fin d'année prévu par la collectivité. Dans ce cadre, la Ville cherche un prestataire qui assurera l'organisation, l'aménagement et l'exploitation globale du marché de Noël dans un souci de respect de l'environnement (qualité des installations, traitement des déchets, choix des exposants…)
