La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique Marché de Maîtrise d'oeuvre en application de l'article R. 2172-2-3° du Code de la Commande Publique Elle a pour objet de répondre aux objectifs d'accompagnement de la collectivité pour les projets d'infrastructures, sur les 3 niveaux suivants : - les études amonts (faisabilité et préliminaires) - la conception et suivi des travaux - la maîtrise de l'économie circulaire appliquée (gestion des déchets et ressources). Accord-cadre à bons de commande Mini : 100 000,00 Euros Maxi : 3 000 000,00 Euros En valeur en Euros H.T. Estimation de l'administration HT : 2 430 296,23 Euros (établie sur une durée de 12 mois) L'accord-cadre sera attribué à plusieurs opérateurs dans la limite d'un nombre maximum de 5. Ces conditions sont définies à l'article 1.3 du CCAP Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3 Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.
