Description

L'accord-cadre a pour objet des opérations de rénovation, d'extension ou de création de nouvelles installations en matière de vidéosurveillance au sein des résidences de Côte d'Azur Habitat. Les prestations susceptibles d'être commandées dans le cadre du présent marché pourront ainsi concerner : • Des sites audités dans le cadre des études préalablement réalisées ; • Des sites n'ayant fait l'objet d'aucun audit préalable ; • Des opérations ayant été étudiées par un bureau d'études tiers ; • Des opérations définies directement par les services de Côte d'Azur Habitat. La consultation est non allotie. La durée de l'accord-cadre est fixée à 12 mois, à compter de la date de prise d'effet mentionnée sur l'accusé réception de la notification de l'accord-cadre à bons de commande. La consultation suit la procédure formalisée d'appel d'offres, devant mener à la conclusion d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande multi-attributaire (2 titulaires maximum). A la survenance d’un besoin, le choix du titulaire chargé d’exécuter le bon de commande sera réalisé parmi les deux attributaires de l’accord-cadre, suivant la méthode dite « en cascade », décrite au CCAP.
