La consultation a pour objet : La location, l'installation et la reprise de structures légères (tentes, panneaux et barrières) qui seront utilisées à l'occasion de manifestations organisées par la ville de Nice (Nice Jazz Festival, Carnaval...). La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique. Accord-cadre à bons de commande : - Montant minimum : 150 000,00 Euros. - Montant maximum : 1 500 000,00 Euros. En valeur en Euros H.T. Estimation de l'administration HT : 803 609.17 € (établie sur une durée de 12 mois). Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois. Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3. Début du marché : À la notification du contrat. Le délai d'exécution de chaque prestation est indiqué dans le bon de commande ou le cas échéant dans le C.C.T.P.; Accord-cadre à bons de commande : - Montant minimum : 90 000,00 Euros. - Montant maximum : 1 400 000,00 Euros. En valeur en Euros H.T. Estimation de l'administration HT : 461 073.35 € (établie sur une durée de 12 mois). Durée (hors reconduction) : 12 mois. Nombre de reconductions éventuelles : 3.
