Le schéma directeur d'assainissement collectif des eaux usées attendu sera un véritable outil de gestion et de programmation pluriannuelle pour la REPV qui doit permettre de déterminer et cerner les éventuels dysfonctionnements et insuffisances des réseaux de collecte et ouvrages épuratoires, ainsi que les améliorations à apporter et les solutions envisageables afin de disposer d'un système d'assainissement cohérent et pérenne à l'échelle du territoire de chaque commune, voire d'envisager des maillages intercommunaux si possible. L'étude est découpée en 6 phases : - Phase 1 : Etat des lieux et recueil des données, - Phase 2 : Campagnes de mesures et investigations de terrains, - Phase 3 : Localisation précise des anomalies et des dysfonctionnements du réseau, - Phase 4 : Bilan du fonctionnement du système d'assainissement - diagnostic, - Phase 5 : Réalisation / mise à jour des zonages assainissement « collectif/non collectif » et dossiers d'enquête publique, - Phase 6 : Construction du Schéma directeur.
