Analyse et synthèse des documents remis au dossier et une estimation détaillée des travaux à réaliser pour la rénovation du parc de stationnement République. L'établissement des DCE nécessaires à l'obtention d'un permis de construire ou des autres autorisations administratives ainsi que les éléments de mission suivants : Les études de diagnostic (DIA), les études d'avant-projet (AVP), les études de projet (PRO), l'assistance au maître de l'ouvrage pour la passation du contrat de travaux (ACT), le visa des études d'exécutions faites par l'entrepreneur (VISA), la direction de l'exécution du contrat de travaux (DET) et l'assistance au maître de l'ouvrage lors des opérations de réception et pendant période de garantie de parfait achèvement (AOR).
