Accord-cadre mono-attributaire de maîtrise d'oeuvre exécuté par marchés subséquents pour la réalisation d'une liaison cyclable entre Gignac (PEM) et les communes limitrophes situées au sud, ainsi que pour la construction d'une passerelle sur le ruisseau de l'Aurelle. L'accord-cadre est conclu par Hérault Ingénierie, agissant en qualité de centrale d'achat, au bénéfice de la Communauté de communes Vallée de l'Hérault et des communes de Gignac, Pouzols, Saint-Bauzille-de-la-Sylve et Popian. Les prestations comprennent les missions AVP+, AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET et AOR, ainsi que les missions complémentaires suivantes : demande d'examen au cas par cas (KparK), dossier au titre de la loi sur l'eau (DEAU), évaluation simplifiée des incidences Natura 2000, déclaration d'utilité publique (DUP) et mise en compatibilité des documents d'urbanisme (MECDU).
