Description

Les prestations consistent en la réalisation d'études environnementales (hydrauliques, écologiques, acoustiques, paysagères…) préalables aux projets d'aménagements routiers ou d'espaces naturels et agricoles départementaux, ainsi que le montage des dossiers réglementaires (études d'impacts, dossiers loi sur l'eau, dossiers dérogations espèces protégées…) afférents, en vue d'obtenir les autorisations administratives réglementaires préalables aux travaux. A titre indicatif, l'information sur l'exécution des marchés antérieurs figure à l'article 3.1.5 du Règlement de la consultation (RC). L'accord-cadre est passé pour une première période à compter du 01/01/2027, ou à compter de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure et se terminera pour la première période le 31/12/2027. Il est renouvelable trois fois par période d'un an par reconduction EXPRESSE, la durée totale de l'accord-cadre ne pouvant excéder quatre ans. Le titulaire de l'accord-cadre ne peut pas refuser sa reconduction. Montants de l'accord-cadre : Les prestations sont susceptibles de varier dans les limites suivantes : Première période : à compter du 01/01/2027, ou à compter de sa date de notification si celle-ci est postérieure, jusqu'au 31/12/2027 : Montant minimum : 50 000 euro(s) HT Montant maximum : 500 000 euro(s) HT Période(s) suivante(s) si reconduction : du 01/01/2028 au 31/12/2028 - du 01/01/2029 au 31/12/2029 et du 01/01/2030 au 31/12/2030: Les montants minimum et maximum par période sont identiques à ceux de la première période. L'estimation indiquée correspond à l'estimation du Détail quantitatif estimatif indicatif pour 4 ans. Le financement de la prestation est assuré par le budget départemental
