Description

L'objet du présent accord-cadre est de confier aux titulaires les missions de " Sécurité Incendie, Surveillance du Bâtiment " et " Service d'Ordre " de la Cité des Congrès de Nantes et du Parc des Expositions de la Beaujoire. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande, mono attributaire et divisé en 4 lots. Il est passé conformément aux articles L. 2124-2, R.2161-2 à R. 2161-5, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6 et R. 2162-13 à R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Cette procédure fait suite à la déclaration sans suite des lots 3 et 4 lors d'une précédente procédure de consultation. Le motif de cette déclaration sans suite est la redéfinition du besoin relatif à ces lots, sur le fondement de l'article R. 2185-1 du Code de la Commande publique.
