Le présent accord-cadre, régi par le présent Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières (CCAP), a pour objet : la réalisation de prestations d'impression et de distribution pour le compte de la Ville d'Épinay-sous-Sénart, à savoir : - La conception graphique et la mise en page du bulletin municipal, ainsi que la création ponctuelle de supports de communication imprimés ou numériques produits par la ville. - L'impression du bulletin municipal et des supports de communication imprimés de la collectivité (affiches, flyers, brochures, etc.). - La distribution du bulletin municipal dans toutes les boîtes aux lettres de la commune, ainsi que la distribution ponctuelle d'autres supports imprimés. - La réalisation de films thématiques en fonction de l'actualité municipale. Ces prestations visent à garantir une production cohérente, qualitative et homogène du bulletin municipal et des supports imprimés diffusés par la ville.
