Les prestations de l'accord-cadre sont exécutées par l'émission de bons de commande successifs selon les besoins. Chaque bon de commande précise les prestations décrites dans l'accord-cadre dont l'exécution est demandée et en détermine la quantité. L'accord-cadre sera conclu avec un seul opérateur économique Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre fractionné à bons de commande avec un maximum en valeur par lot et par an et un minimum en quantité par bon de commande: Montant maximum lot 01 Impression : 200.000 euro(s) HT / an Montant maximum lot 02 Distribution : 200.000 euro(s) HT / an Quantités minimum par bon de commande : 220 000 exemplaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée de 12 mois. Il sera reconductible tacitement 2 fois
