Le présent accord cadre à bons de commande, mono attributaire, a pour objet la fourniture, l’installation, le paramétrage, la mise en service et la maintenance d’une solution logicielle de Détection Automatique des Incidents (DAI) pour les tunnels d’ASF, de COFIROUTE et d’ESCOTA. Le marché, qui implique la mise en place d’un accord-cadre mono attributaire à bons de commande, avec maximum en valeur, concerne la fourniture, l’intégration, le paramétrage, la mise en service et la maintenance d'une solution de Détection Automatique d'Incidents (DAI) pour tunnels autoroutiers, incluant les logiciels, les infrastructures informatiques associées et les prestations de support et maintenance. La fourniture de la solution DAI comprend les logiciels, mais aussi les serveurs nécessaires à son fonctionnement. Les prestations d’intégration comprennent l’installation de la solution au sein des systèmes d’informations du maitre d’ouvrage conformément aux exigences de sécurité exprimées. Les prestations de paramétrage comprennent l’adaptation du logiciel aux caractéristiques techniques de chaque tunnel afin d’atteindre les performances exigées, mais aussi la réalisation des tests, éventuellement de nuit. Les prestations de mise en service comprennent la mise en production et le transfert de l’exploitation de la DAI aux équipes du maitre d’ouvrage. Les prestations de maintenance comprennent la maintenance logicielle à réaliser pendant la durée de l’accord-cadre, mais aussi les prestations de support. La fourniture des caméras n’est pas incluse dans cet accord-cadre. A titre indicatif, pour l’ensemble des sociétés d’autoroutes, le besoin moyen est évalué à 15 tunnels représentant 300 caméras à raccorder à la solution de DAI.
