La présente consultation a pour objet la délégation de service public relative à l'exploitation du golf municipal de Casteljaloux par la voie d'un contrat de concession. Cet équipement intègre : un practice, un parcours de 18 trous, un parcours d'entraînement, un bâtiment à usage de Club House (bar, restaurant, magasin), un local technique, 10 cottages et 5 bungalows. Il est à noter que le golf de Casteljaloux fait actuellement déjà l'objet d'une délégation de service public, dans le cadre d'un contrat d'affermage, dont la dernière prolongation a fixé son échéance au 31 mai 2026.
