La présente consultation a pour objet l'attribution d'un contrat de concession de service public portant sur la gestion, l'exploitation, l'entretien, la maintenance et le renouvellement du centre aquatique intercommunal située à Lagny-sur-Marne. L'équipement objet de la concession comprend : - Un bassin sportif 25 mètres - Un bassin ludique et un Bassin d'apprentissage - Une pataugeoire avec jeux d'eau - Une rivière à contre courant reliant le bassin ludique et le bassin extérieur - Une fosse de plongée 20 m Sur la base du chiffre d'affaires total HT, pendant la durée du contrat, la valeur prévisionnelle globale de la concession est estimée à 3 600 000 euro(s) HT pour 2 ans. Le contrat prend effet le jour de sa notification. La durée du contrat inclut une période dite de « transition » de deux mois minimums. La période d'exploitation se déroulera du 1er janvier 2027 à minuit (0h00) au 31 décembre 2028 à minuit (0h00)
