Par délibération du 02 juillet 2026 DEL_2026_109 Principe de la délégation de service publique pour l’exploitation des jeux et des activités annexes du casino de Roscoff, le Conseil municipal a approuvé le principe du recours à une délégation de service public pour la gestion et l’exploitation du Casino de Roscoff. L’actuelle exploitation du casino est confiée à la société ROSCOFF LOISIRS SAS, dans le cadre d’un contrat de délégation de service public, d’une durée de 15 ans à compter du 4 août 2011, arrivant à échéance le 4 août 2026. La commune doit ainsi organiser une nouvelle procédure de publicité et de mise en concurrence pour procéder au choix du nouveau délégataire. La présente consultation concerne ainsi une délégation de service public, soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 1411-1 et suivants et R. 1411-1 et suivants du Code général des collectivités territoriales, ainsi qu’à l’article L. 1121-3 et à la troisième partie du Code de la commande publique, ayant pour objet l’exploitation du casino de ROSCOFF. service de restauration proposée au sein du casino
