Description

Un accord-cadre ayant pour objet l'évacuation et le traitement des boues des stations d'épuration les Mielles et les Rivières (marché n° K21191) est en cours depuis le 1er janvier 2022. Le plafond de commandes pour l'année 2026 sera atteint en cours du dernier trimestre. Toutefois, la collectivité étant tenue d'assurer la continuité du service public relatif à l'évacuation et au traitement des boues, elle n'est pas en mesure de déterminer avec précision la date de démarrage du nouveau marché. En conséquence, le nouveau marché prendra effet à compter de sa date de notification, laquelle interviendra entre le 1er septembre 2026 et le 1er janvier 2027. La première période d'exécution courra de la date de notification jusqu'au 31 décembre 2027. Le marché pourra ensuite être reconduit quatre (4) fois, par périodes successives de douze (12) mois. Il est passé sans montant minimum mais avec un montant maximum fixé à 800 000.00 euro(s) HT par période
