Description

L'accord-cadre composite d'études sera exécuté par des prix forfaitaires indiqués dans la DPGF (sans bons de commande) et par des prix unitaires indiqués dans le bordereau des prix unitaires (par l'émission de bons de commande). Le montant maximum de l'accord cadre est de 100 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord cadre Le détail du phasage de l'opération figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent les prestations similaires envisagées. Cette étude vise à élaborer un schéma directeur de l'irrigation pour les 5 ASA du territoire d'Annonay Rhône Agglo afin de sécuriser durablement l'approvisionnement en eau agricole, réduire la dépendance au réseau d'eau potable et adapter les usages au changement climatique. Elle comprend un diagnostic technique, hydrologique, agronomique, juridique et financier, des campagnes de mesures et modélisations hydrauliques, puis la définition de scénarios d'investissement, de gouvernance et d'un programme d'actions pluriannuel.
