Le Titulaire aura en charge le calcul de l'engagement du régime complémentaire par capitalisation ainsi que d'autres prestations d'actuariat-conseil relatives aux régimes de retraite (répartition et capitalisation) et de prévoyance des pharmaciens dont le contenu sera déterminé par l'équipe en charge du pilotage des régimes. Le présent marché est un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un seul opérateur économique en application des articles L. 2125-1 1° et R. 2162-1 et suivants du Code de la commande publique. Il est conclu sans montant minimum et pour un montant maximum de 400 000 euros HT sur toute sa durée d'exécution
