L'accord-cadre est "composite". Il comprend une partie "marché ordinaire" et une partie "accord-cadre à bons de commande". Les prestations sont décomposées en 3 postes : - L'exploitation, maintenance et entretien éclairage public, installations sportives extérieures, signalisation lumineuse tricolore, bornes de livraison et coffret prises : poste G2 - Les travaux ponctuels de réparation, vandalisme, sinistres et leur gestion : poste G3 - Les travaux de rénovation et travaux neufs : poste G4. A titre indicatif, il est précisé que les prestations du poste G1 relatives au suivi des consommations énergétiques ne sont pas prévues dans le cadre du présent marché
