Prestations de maintenance et travaux d'entretien sur le parc ascenseurs et des plateformes élévatrices du patrimoine de Haute-Savoie HABITAT et certaines copropriétés gérées par IDEIS. Le marché comporte des prestations traitées à prix mixtes, comprenant : - Une partie globale et forfaitaire pour les prestations d'entretien-maintenance (P2-P3), dont les prix sont stipulés dans la DPGF et reportés dans l'acte d'engagement ; - Une partie à prix unitaires s'exécutant par émission de bons de commande o Pour les travaux ponctuels hors P3 prévus dans le bordereau des prix unitaires o Pour les prestations d'entretien-maintenance sur des groupes d'immeubles nouveaux inclus en cours de période (Application du prix au logement dans la DPGF) Secteur Annecy - 123 appareils à titre indicatif; Secteur bassin annécien - 52 appareils à titre indicatif; Secteur Arve - 49 appareils à titre indicatif; Secteur Léman - 100 appareils à titre indicatif; Secteur Gaillard Ambilly - 32 appareils à titre indicatif
