Les stipulations du présent Cahier des Clauses Administratives Particulières Maintenance concernent l'exécution des prestations de maintenance à réaliser sur les appareils de Haut-Chablais Interco existants ou à venir. Le marché est mixte et comporte et correspond pour partie à un marché ordinaire et pour partie à prix unitaires : - La partie « marché ordinaire » concerne les prestations suivantes : maintenance préventive - La partie « à prix unitaires » concerne les prestations suivantes : maintenance curative, corrective ou évolutive. La nature des prestations et leurs spécifications techniques sont indiquées dans le Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières. Les appareils concernés sont listés en annexe 1. Le parc d'appareils élévateurs est susceptible d'évoluer à la hausse comme à la baisse pendant la durée du marché et les prestations de dépannages peuvent être aléatoires en rythme et en volume
