Consultation dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - CCAS - Grand Besançon Métropole - Ville de Besançon Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est la Ville de Besançon. Il aura en charge la passation, la signature et la notification du marché. Chaque membre devra suivre l'exécution du marché. Accord-cadre « composite » avec un seul opérateur économique, comprenant pour la maintenance l'application d'une décomposition globale et forfaitaire, et en cas de travaux la passation de bons de commande. Maximum sur la durée de l'accord-cadre fixé dans l'acte d'engagement
