La présente consultation concerne la réalisation de prestations de maintenance corrective CFA et CFO des installations en place au sein des établissements faisant partie du GHT HDP. Chaque lot constitue un accord-cadre composite mono-attributaire. Chaque lot comprend : - Une part conclue sous forme de marché ordinaire à prix forfaitaires pour la réalisation de la maintenance corrective CFA/CFO définie selon un nombre d'interventions par site prévu au CCTP (heures de main d'oeuvre + pièces détachées jusqu'à 250 euro(s) HT prix public) - Forfait annuel prévu à la DPGF, - Une part conclue sous forme d'accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec maximum, en application des articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 à R.2162-6, R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la commande publique, pour la réalisation de la maintenance CFA/CFO pour des interventions supplémentaires (au-delà du nombre d'interventions par site prévu au forfait annuel) ainsi que pour les pièces détachées d'un montant supérieur à 250 euro(s) HT prix public - Prix unitaires prévus au BPU Maintenance CFA et CFO des installations de l'Hôpital de la Timone; Maintenance CFA et CFO des installations de l'Hôpital Nord et des établissements du GHT (sur le secteur Nord); Maintenance CFA et CFO des installations des Hôpitaux Sud, Hôpital de la Conception et des établissements du GHT (sur le secteur Sud)
