Relevés par instrumentations, analyses du comportement des efforts et des déplacements permettant ainsi d'anticiper les besoins d'un recintrage. La présente consultation est lancée suivant la procédure : Appel d'offres ouvert - articles R.2124-2 1° et R.2161-2 à 5 du Code de la commande publique; Marché à prix global et forfaitaire. Estimation de l'administration HT: 68 344,36 Euros (établie sur une durée de 12 mois). Le délai d'exécution est fixé à : 12 mois. Début du contrat : À la notification du contrat.
