Ces prestations de transports de personnes sont effectuées dans le cadre du Projet Culturel de Territoire (PCT) de la communauté de communes Le Grésivaudan. Le présent marché pourra également être sollicité pour répondre aux besoins de transport de personnes liés à d'autres projets, événements ou actions transversales portés par la communauté de communes le Grésivaudan. Pour information, des marchés publics actuellement en vigueur couvrent déjà les besoins en transport en autocars pour nos ALSH intercommunaux (accueils de loisirs sans hébergement intercommunaux). Ces besoins ne relèvent donc pas du périmètre de ces accords-cadres.
