Description

La consultation a pour objet de déléguer la gestion et l'exploitation des services de transport publics de voyageurs sur le ressort territorial de la Communauté d'Agglomération Sophia Antipolis (Réseau ENVIBUS). La Communauté d'Agglomération Sophia Antipolis (CASA), Autorité Organisatrice de la Mobilité, est Autorité Délégante. La consultation a pour objet de déléguer la gestion et l'exploitation des services de transport publics de voyageurs sur le ressort territorial de la Communauté d'Agglomération Sophia Antipolis (Réseau ENVIBUS). Le Délégataire assurera la gestion et l’exploitation des services pour une durée de sept (7) ans, à compter du 01/01/2027 et jusqu’au 31/12/2033 dans le cadre d’une délégation de service public (DSP) au sein du périmètre contractuel. La gestion et l’exploitation des lignes urbaines démarrera au 01/01/2027. La gestion et l’exploitation des lignes à titre principal scolaires et à la demande démarreront au 01/09/2027. La gestion et l’exploitation de la Navette des Neiges démarrera à compter de la demande formulée par la CASA (démarrage d’exploitation prévisionnel en décembre 2027).
