Le présent marché a pour objet l'exploitation du service régulier, saisonnier, de navette maritime entre les ports de Cannes-Vieux Port (quai Laubeuf), Théoule-sur-Mer et La Figueirette (Théoule-sur-Mer). La prestation consiste à assurer, sur toute la durée du marché, l'exécution du services comme indiqué au sein du Cahier des Charges, qui précise les obligations du Titulaire du marché à l'égard de l'agglomération, des clients et des tiers. L'agglomération Cannes Pays de Lérins : - Définit les conditions d’exécution des prestations, dans le cadre de ses compétences et des dispositions du marché, - Définit la grille tarifaire applicable au service, et les conditions d’accès au service, - Définit les objectifs à atteindre en termes de qualité de service, - Contrôle la bonne exécution du service, - Verse une rémunération correspondant à l’exécution des prestations, - S’assure de la bonne utilisation des fonds publics. A ces fins, l'agglomération s’appuie sur une offre de référence, une qualité de service, des conditions et des modalités d’exploitation définies dans le marché et ses annexes.
