Le mandataire du groupement de commande est la Commune de Petite-Ile. *) Les prestations feront l'objet d'un accord-cadre à bons de commande avec un seul opérateur économique. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande. *) Montant annuel : Le montant annuel maximum de l'accord-cadre est fixé à 370 000 euro(s) HT. *) Durée: L'accord-cadre est conclu pour une durée ferme d'un an à compter de sa date de notification. L'accord-cadre est reconductible de manière tacite trois fois pour une période d'un an, soit une durée maximale de quatre ans
